Piazza Campidoglio 5 is a bright and finely furnished apartment, perfect for business and leisure stays. The apartment is located in Lenno/Tremezzina in the province of Como on the second floor. Piazza Campidoglio 5 enjoys a strategic position with a wonderful lake view. The house is reserved for non-smokers, and is equipped with wi-fi. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, crockery and the main appliances: microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and it can accommodate up to 2 people. Piazza Campidoglio 5 also has: television, fan and electric heater in the bedroom, there are also hairdryer, towels and night linen for the entire duration of the stay. Public car parks are a few meters away and the area is well supplied with public services, a few steps away you can enjoy a small public beach. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been thought of to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment. Take care, you are welcome! Small pets are allowed.It is mandatory to be in possession of a credit card to be left as a guarantee against any damage. Prepaid and debit cards are not accepted.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
