The large outdoor patio covered by a large canopy allows you to enjoy the splendid view of the valley in complete tranquility. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with appliances. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people. The interior of the villa is furnished in a classic Italian style with modern design elements.It is 1 km from the city center where there are bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The bus stop is not far from the entrance to the property.The villa remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to enjoy a holiday. Take care of it, you are welcome!It is mandatory to have a credit card to leave as a guarantee against any damage. Prepaid cards and debit cards are not accepted.The fireplace is only aesthetic and is not used, in case of use a fine will be charged.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
