The apartment is located in Tremezzina in the province of Como on the ground floor, and consists of 2 rooms. Piazza Campidoglio 3 enjoys a strategic position overlooking the lake. The house is reserved for non-smokers, and is equipped with air conditioning and wifi. The kitchen is equipped with plates, dishes and the main appliances: microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 1 double in the living area and 1 bedroom, and can accommodate up to 2 people. Piazza Campidoglio 3 also has: television.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
