Residenza il Golf: Bright and cosy two-rooms apartment on the second floor in a wonderful and quiet neighborhood close to both lakes Como and Lugano, it's perfect for visiting the surrounding area. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: fridge, dishwasher, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with television and private car park. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. You're welcome, take care of it!20% discount on Golf fees included.It is mandatory to have a credit card to leave as a guarantee against any damage. Prepaid cards and debit cards are not accepted.Access to the apartment will only be possible from the internal condominium stairs or from the driveway at the back of the condominium due to work in progress.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
