Climatización independiente por habitación. Dormitorios muy amplios con buena luminosidad. Ascensores. Superficie total del piso de doscientos y diez metros cuadrados.
Posibilidad de alquilar una plaza de garaje (no incluido en el precio de las habitaciones)
