The apartment has been excellently renovated to meet all the needs of our students. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, it is positioned just 1 minute from the supermarket, pharmacy, and bus stops, 2 minutes from the S. Trinità hospital, and very close to the University of Cagliari, easily reachable on foot. A professional cleaning service for common areas is also provided monthly. The monthly price is for a 12-month contract.

The region's area is centrally located, and the environment is particularly peaceful, pleasant, and highly appreciated by students. The area is well-served, close to all major services, such as supermarkets, bus stops, and pharmacies.
