What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

I offer a four bedrooms apartment in seventh district. Three rooms have single bed and one room has double bed. Apartment is spacy with high ceilings but it is friendly. The neighbours are quite and nice. The three rooms windows look to street and one looks to inner courtyand apartmen Apartment has two bathrooms, one shower and one bathtub with one WC in both. The apartment is in the city, close to everywhere, with transportation next door. Lidl ( food store) , patisserie, bakery, chinese store.

Spotahome's opinion

After the first month rent, the rent will be paid in Euros directly to the landlord. 1200 Euros a month.

4 rooms sizes are: 13, 14, 14 and 17 m2. Total is 91 m2. 3 rooms faces south/ street and one looks into open inner courtyard on top floor with open sky view. 

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ( one with a bath and one a shower) with each one wc ( total 2 wc).

How to book
