This 50 sqm studio is located in Wemmel, near Laeken. It is a beautiful area with plenty of travel links, making it perfect for any students or professionals who will be travelling into Brussels. There are also plenty of shops to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable living. You will be renting part of the ground floor of a family house. There is a stunning garden, perfect for relaxing during the summer, from which you will have your own entrance to the house. The kitchen is common and equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, electric stove, and a microwave oven. Next to the kitchen is your bedroom which has its own private en-suite bathroom and is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and TV. The house is beautifully decorated and you do have access to some of the family areas, however you will have everything you need in your own private section
