This studio apartment is available for rent on Rue de Genève in Schaerbeek. This apartment is modern with a spacious combined living and sleeping area. The furnishings are all sleek and comfortable with sofas and a large double bed. There is a small kitchenette and separate rooms with a shower and a toilet.

This apartment is located in a beautiful and green area in Brussels, with 2 parks within walking distance. There are 2 large supermarkets on either side of the apartment and a busy road that has trams running down it to the rest of the city.

What we liked the most

  • There are nearby cafes and restaurants.
  • There is a public swimming pool less than a 10-minute walk away, good for exercise or to cool off in summer.
  • There is an elevator in the building so you don't need to walk up 5 flights of stairs everyday.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook.
  • There is central heating in the apartment to keep you warm in winter.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no AC so a fan or portable unit may be needed to cool down in summer.
  • There is no parking available however the public transport links in the area are excellent.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
