Spotahome's opinion

This very cool apartment is available for rent on the 4th floor of a building in the Saint Gilles area. With a well equipped kitchen area, which even has the luxury of a dishwasher, the main living area also comprises a well-defined living area, with a dining table that can seat 4, and a comfortable sofa, plus a bedroom area with a large wardrobe and double bed.

You will be living in a fantastic area, just a few minute's walk from the city centre, and surrounded by shopping, restaurants and bars. There are great public transport options, and several popular and pretty parks nearby.

What we liked the most

  • The pop-art posters on the wall add a great splash of colour to the apartment.
  • The furnishings are cool and modern, as are the appliances and fittings.
  • You have a dishwasher and a washing machine, both rare in a studio apartment.
  • Fans of Italian food will want to walk down the nearby Rue Jourdan, which is lined almost exclusively by Italian restaurants!
  • Shoppers will find plenty to keep them occupied, with several high-end and boutique stores in the area, along with high-street stores.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen does not have an oven, but it does have a microwave, toaster, kettle, and 4-burner gas stove, so you should have no trouble cooking up a feast!
