What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

This flat in the very heart of Brussels, a few minutes away from the UNESCO Grand place and a few min away from subway Bourse and subway Brouckère as well as premetro and busses. Restaurants, drug store and cafés in walking distance. The apartment is fully furnished and decorated. Charges and accomodation included as well as forthnightly cleaning. Fiber internet (grouped bill of two hundred fifty eur per month in total for all utilities). Standard rental contract (minimum three months).

This 50m2 studio apartment is fully furnished with an L-shaped couch, round dining table for 2, double bed, and standalone wardrobe. The studio gives the illusion of being a 1-bedroom with the bed hidden behind a pillar wall.

The studio is located in none other than Brussels city center. You have multiple bus lines and a tram stop nearby. The famous Grote Markt can also be found in the city center.

What we liked the most

  • The studio has polished wooden flooring.
  • The living room and kitchen area are an open and cozy space.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, gas stove, a mini refrigerator, and a separate freezer.
  • In the bathroom, you can find a combined washer and dryer.
  • The bathroom comes with a porcelain bathtub.
  • The apartment is located in Brussels city center, close to all the great sights.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen does not have a lot of counter top space.
