This bright 3-bedroom apartment has rooms to rent on Rue du Souverain, Ixelles. This is a modern and spacious apartment with clean communal areas. The living area has a couch and TV with a dining table that seats 3 behind. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove top, microwave and kettle. The shared bathroom is modern with a double sink, shower/bath combo and toilet, as well as good storage space below the sinks and behind the mirrors.

The surrounding neighbourhood has good transport links including trams and buses. There is a gym, supermarket and police station all within a 5-10 minute walk. There is also a selection of surrounding restaurants.

What we liked the most

  • Within less than 10 minutes walk is an adorable park, Parc Faider.
  • Museums and Art Galleries are less than 5 minutes walk.
  • There are historic buildings and monuments in the neighbourhood.
  • The Kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to cook.
  • The communal area is bright and spacious.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no oven in this apartment but there is a stovetop and microwave.
  • There is no washer or dryer in this apartment, the nearest laundromat is a 5-minute walk.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month.   • Check-out Restrictions: Check-outs are strictly not allowed between:
    • 31st May – 31st August
    • 30th November – 31st December.
  • Reservation Details:
    • Contract starts on the 1st or 16th of the month (fortnightly contracts).
    • Provide your full name and surname in the reservation request.
    • Ensure the correct e-mail address, and mobile number, and note that after your booking confirmation, you will receive a text message and e-mail notification from RentYourNest.

Payments & steps before check-in:

  • Deposit:
    • 2 x months’ rent + 2 x months’ flat fee + 2 x months’ utility bills.
    • The tenant must add a 2-month furniture fee to the deposit if specified in the property's additional payments
    • By bank transfer: The deposit must be paid & received by the landlord at least 24 hours before check-in!
    • By cash: The deposit is paid directly to the landlord during check-in.
  • Check-in/out Fee: €75 each (€150 each on holidays/Sundays).
  • If the contract starts mid-month, tenants must pay half of the rent along with other required payments.
  • The tenant is required to pay the first month's bills along with the deposit.

  • The contract must be imperatively signed before the entry

  • Contact Spotahome if you don’t get the RentYourNest invitation within 5 days or 3 hours for same-day bookings.
  • All your communication during your journey will be done exclusively via RentYourNest

Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-ins/outs: Between 10 AM – 4 PM only.
  • Check-out dates must fall on the 14th or the last day of the month.
  • The landlord will confirm the check-in meeting time depending on their availability after the deposit is paid and the contract is signed.

Utilities

  • Washing machines (if available in the property) require coins to operate
  • Excess utility usage will be deducted from the deposit at the end of your stay.
