A very large 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the Schaerbeek area of Brussels. The open-plan living area has an impressive amount of space and beautiful wood floors. There is a very well equipped and up-to-date kitchen area with patio doors leading onto a wonderful enclosed terrace, which is south-facing. There is also a relaxing double bedroom and a stylish bathroom with modern fittings.

You will be living in a peaceful neighbourhood which is right next to the Josaphat Park. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep, but when that's not enough just hop on the bus, which will whisk you straight into the city centre.

What we liked the most

  • One wall of the living area is almost all windows, making the apartment really sunny and bright.
  • The bedroom is well separated from the rest of the flat, making it feel more like a 1-bedroom than a studio.
  • It's great to have a terrace to sit out on. Plus, it faces south so gets the sun all day.
  • The decor is contemporary, stylish and high quality.
