What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

"Rue du Chatelain": hundreds of restaurants around, posh area but still lively and very convenient. It is geographically in between "Flagey, Brugman". It is the most strategic location to live in. The square has just been renovated and is beautiful. My brothers live in the floors below. There are no children and no young people partying in the building (parties are not allowed). The building is owned by my family meaning that problems are dealt with immediately and peace/harmony is reigning. The apartment has just been renovated and isolated against noise and temperature. It has a big terrasse with sunrise every morning.
