What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Just moving in but travelling later on so apartment is not fully "furnished" yet but will be! Great neighbourhood and neighbours, lots of cafes, restos etc very nearby in F.Cocq and Flagey, with excellent public transport routes to all parts of the city... walking distance to EU parliament. Possibility for access to a garage for storing a bicycle, or larger items temporarily... Fairly flexible with dates but wanting a minimum of two months from mid Sept...
