Studio located in the historic center in an elegant and quiet area close to Porta Castiglione and in the immediate vicinity of the Margherita Gardens. In just 8 minutes on foot under the characteristic arcades surrounded by historic buildings, you reach Piazza Maggiore and under the Asinelli and Garisenda Towers. The apartment is located in the medieval heart of the city and is convenient to all services such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars, pastry shops, laundries and pharmacies. At just 300 meters (5 minutes on foot) there is a convenient paid parking or it can be easily reached by bus lines. The apartment is on the ground floor and overlooks a small internal courtyard making it very quiet and comfortable as it is equipped with all comforts.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
