Three-room apartment on the first floor, located in a former convent, comfortable, bright and very quiet as it overlooks the internal courtyard. The apartment is located in a strategic area of the city, as it is in the historic center and only 100 meters from Sant'Orsola Hospital and 300 meters from the university area, in particular from the American Johns Hopkins University. The apartment is located in a small condominium, the area is limited traffic, but crossing the neighboring avenue it is possible to park avoiding it. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 doubles. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, courtesy line, stereo and large terrace, upstairs, which can be accessed via a staircase in the living room. , from which you can enjoy the silence and the view over the roofs of the city. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work, whether you are passing through to visit the city. Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
