Magnifico appartamento con tre camere da letto, due bagni e terrazzo, sito al terzo piano di un edificio (con ascensore) nel cuore del centro storico, si affaccia sulla corte interna ed è quindi silenzioso. La zona giorno è attrezzata con un divano-letto matrimoniale, un mobile per la TV e un tavolo in cristallo. La cucina a scomparsa dispone di lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. La camera padronale ha un letto matrimoniale, un guardaroba ed una scrivania. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli ed un guardaroba. Al piano di sopra c'è il terrazzo, così come due divani, uno dei quali diventa letto. Ci sono due bagni con box doccia.
