What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The Studio, located on the fifth floor, has its own balcony. It is allowed to smoke on the balcony (only). Internet connection is included at a speed of one hundred MB. A doorman is at the reception. This is the perfect place for the start of a new life in Berlin!

Centrally located in Schöneberg, near KaDeWe dept store. Nollendorfplatz is a few steps away. One metro stop from Zoologischer Garten station and easy to reach Warschauer Straße directly by U-Bahn.
This furnished studio has been fully renovated in May 2022 (including kitchen and appliances). NB: The photos and video show the studio before renovation.
The Tiergarten is 10 minutes walk away.
Lots of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shopping venues are close by.
Internet connection is included with the provider 1&1.
Please note that your booking requests have to be sent for a check-in on the first day of a month and check-out the last day of a month (monthly contract) with a six month minimum period.
