This cozy studio apartment on Seddinpromenade, in Treptow-Köpenick, covers an area of 35 m² and can accommodate 1 tenant. The fully furnished property is equipped with central heating and has a double bed, modern bathroom with a washing machine, and a kitchen with all the essentials.

The apartment is located in a beautiful part of Berlin, away from the city centre but surrounded by nature. The beautiful Seddinsee lake is just steps from your front door, and you can walk to the local shopping centre in 5 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • The studio is spacious and comfortable, well furnished to accommodate 1 person.
  • There is a desk and office chair, ideal to use as a home office.
  • The apartment receives plenty of natural light.
  • The kitchen has a breakfast bar to enjoy your meals.
  • You can access a beautiful lakeside beach and forest nearby.
  • The area offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.
