In the surrounding area, there is almost everything for daily needs. Day-care centres, schools and medical facilities are available in the area. Within walking distance is the large Volkspark Friedrichshain with its numerous leisure activities. There are several tram stations in the area. From here you can reach Alexanderplatz in just ten minutes.

In the years of 95/96, the joint ownership was extensively renovated. The charm of the past was lovingly received and supply the demands of modern lifestyle. The building has just been visually reworked, balconies were built and the courtyard was redesigned. This lavish studio apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the side wing building. There is a large room of ca. 40 m², an open kitchen with access to the balcony, as well as a daylight bathroom with bathtub, shower, lavatory and washbasin.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
