This 28 m² studio apartment available to rent is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building in Friedrichshain. The studio comes furnished with a double bed, standalone wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen and large and modern bathroom. You also have access to a huge rooftop terrace, courtyard with a BBQ, and a laundry room.
Friedrichshain is a lively neighborhood with a youthful atmosphere. In the area it is easy to find plenty of bars and nightclubs, but you also have a grocery store and tram stops a few minutes away. When in need to go to the city center, you also have a U-bahn station nearby.
What we liked the most
- There are multiple skylight windows that fill it with plenty of natural light.
- The flat-screen TV is in a mobile storage unit for your convenience.
- The kitchen has modern appliances, which include a dishwasher.
- You can use the building terrace or courtyard to meet with friends or meet your neighbors.
