A modern, 55 m² studio apartment is available to rent in Wilmersdorf. The decor in this spacious studio is very high quality, with hardwood floors and contemporary furnishings. The living area is very bright and has a large balcony. There is also a well equipped kitchen corner.
You will be living in the tranquil and upscale district of Charlottenberg-Wilmersdorf, which has lots of parks. Very close by is the Berliner Straße U-Bahn station, from where Kudamm and the Tiergarten are just a few stops away.
What we liked the most
- We love the spacious balcony, a great place to sit out when the weather is nice.
- The apartment is really modern and has designer furniture.
- There is a lot of space.
- There are several U-Bahn stations within a 5-minute walk, making it easy to get around Berlin.
