A refurbished, 38m² studio apartment is available to rent in Berlin's Bötzow area. This south-facing apartment is situated in a classy 19th-century building, and has high ceilings and large windows which let in plenty of sunlight even in winter. The property has a brand new, fully equipped, white lacquered kitchen with an oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. Elegant Limoges porcelain ware, French glassware, ceramic knives and an espresso-and-cappuccino maker take care of the small, enjoyable, details. Attached to the kitchen is the bedroom and living area, which is 18 m². It has a roomy double bed, large closets, a flatscreen TV, and a washer dryer.
Best of all, the apartment has been recently renovated, and the landlord is very happy with the results: "We took special care to showcase the work of young designers we like, as you can see in the materials and colors used to transform this living space. We wanted to give it a 'feel good' vibe."
This property is situated in Prenzlauerberg, in the Winsviertel Quarter of the former East Berlin, an upmarket neighbourhood which combines urban bustle and suburban-style calm – the best of both worlds. The apartment is near to plenty of boutiques, shops, restaurants and cafés, and there are several tram lines within walking distance of the property.
