This fantastic duplex apartment is available for rent in Prenzlauer Berg. The lower floor is a large, open-plan kitchen and living room, whilst on the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, you will find the bedroom and bathroom. The whole apartment is very modern, with new fittings throughout. The space is bright, with large windows leading to the building's courtyard which also means that the apartment is very quiet.
You will be living in Prenzlauer Berg, less than 20-minutes from Alexanderplatz by U-Bahn and only 16 minutes away by bicycle - one of which the landlord provides. The immediate area around the apartment has lots of amenities, including grocery stores and an ice cream shop just outside! Nearby you can also find lots of restaurants and cafes, several bars and plenty of shopping, particularly in and around Schönhauser Allee station.
What we liked the most
- You will find plenty of local amenities near the apartment, so you don't need to travel far for the day-to-day necessities.
- Everything in the apartment is very modern and stylish - this will be a very cool home!
- The space is also bright and cheerful whilst being very quiet - a very relaxing place to live.
- The landlord includes a bicycle with the apartment, so you can keep fit whilst exploring the area around your new home.
