Overview Even today, Lichtenberg presents itself with many faces; villa estates, high-rise buildings, urban centres, large green spaces, industry and suburban villages - there are few districts that combine so many facets. In addition, there is an extremely interesting location, because Lichtenberg runs out into the greenery of the state of Brandenburg and at the same time butts up against the inner-city district of Friedrichshain. Students and creative people have long occupied this part of the city.
Why Choose this apartment? Whether for a jog or a walk, the extensive parks are not far away. Furthermore, several sports clubs in the neighbourhood invite you to join in. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the cultural offerings of the entire city - best of all, of course, by cycling or using public transport. Shopping facilities range from the typical Berlin late-night shop around the corner to shopping centres like the Ring Center II, which leave nothing to be desired.
How big is the apartment? The flat has 33m² with a build in kitchen The flat has underfloor heating and many windows so that it is nice and bright in the flat.
Does it have parking space? No private parking space is provided, but on-street parking is possible.
How is the commute from here to other locations? Lichtenberg offers the ingenious combination of a quiet location and proximity to trendy neighbourhoods. Here you can enjoy modern urbanity in all its diversity, whether it's a cappuccino in your favourite café, craft beer in a trendy pub, shopping in an organic food shop or dinner at an Italian restaurant. 1) The start date of the contract can be the 1st or the 16th of each month. The end date of the contract can be the 15th or the end of the month.
2) Our contract charges are biweekly. This means that if your move in date is from the 1st to the 15th of the month, full rent will be charged and if your move in date is from the 16th to the end of the month, half the rent will be charged.
3) Once the booking is confirmed and all documents are received, we will send you a rental contract via email and You need to sign it & send it back to me within 48hours.
4) Registration possible and the necessary document will be provided post the move-in
5) The check in can only take place Monday to Friday 9 am until 6 pm. Check in on the weekends or national holidays would be possible upon request for a small fee of 100€
6) Liability insurance is required for your stay and that needs to be submitted to us within 15 days from your move in date.. We recommend you to search for one yourself with a keyword “Haftpflichtversicherung“
7) Other costs: GEZ-Gebühr (TV license) 17,50€
8) Final cleaning fee: 185 €

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
