The flat was recently renovated; The apartment is lightful and quite, looking with the private balcony at the interior garden.

Is located in the most requested areas of Berlin, in Prinzlauerberg, very close to the PrinzlauerAlee s bahn and close to Alexanderplatz, reachable by tram M2 in 5 minutes and runs until late at night. A tram that runs every 5 minutes. The room is on the fourth floor in the internal courtyard, very quiet. The house is shared with the owner, who is often away on business. Rent for a maximum of one month, then extendable if the person is respectful and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything and the bathroom with shower has just been renovated.
