Sometimes the room next to yours is also occupied. Then you reach the garden via the usual terrace door of the ground floor.

Small room in the basement of a terraced house on the western outskirts of Berlin, 30 min from the city center
The small room is located in the basement with separate exit to the garden. On this level is also the bathroom with tub. Everything is daylit. The first floor with kitchen-living room is shared with the landlord, who lives in the property.
The upper floors are the landlord's private rooms, who is usually only 3-4 days a week at home.
Important:
- You will share this property with the live-in landlord.
- The landlord lives in the property with his cat Minerva.
- The landlord won't be in the apartment the whole time.
