Havel is a luxurious penthouse apartment with elevator and rooftop terrace with fantastic views of Berlin. There are five bedrooms, all rooms have sky light windows. With an open planned kitchen and a connecting dining area, the apartment is a perfect place to bring people together and socialise, cooking food, playing board games or even barbecuing on the terrace. There is a “cozy corner area” with a natural sky light for people to enjoy some quiet time and read aa book or work. It has a separate laundry area and two spacious shared bathrooms.

Please be aware that Spotahome is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. If you would like to reserve this accommodation, you can make a booking request. After the landlord has accepted your booking request, they will send you an invitation to book a call within 1-2 days to discuss the next steps. After the call, you will be able to sign the rental contract digitally and securely. Please be aware that the booking is only complete after the rental contract has been signed and the first payment has been made.

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
