If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. ● If you would like to check-in later or on the weekend, you can use our late check-in service upon request (Please be aware that there are limited time-slots). A designated employee will then check you in individually. Cost: 60EUR.
● If the first day of the month is on the weekend, the check-in will be happening on that day.
The key must be picked up from the landlord's office. You will receive the address once your booking is confirmed.
The landlord only accepts tenants under the age of 45.
