If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. ● Checking-in is possible Monday to Friday 10:00-16:00 in our office. Please note that check-in during public holidays (Jan 1st etc.) is not possible.
● If you would like to check-in later or on the weekend, you can use our late check-in service upon request (Please be aware that there are limited time-slots). A designated employee will then check you in individually. Cost: 60EUR.
● If the first day of the month is on the weekend, the check-in will be happening on that day.
The key must be picked up from the landlord's office. You will receive the address once your booking is confirmed.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
