This is a recently refurbished 5th floor, 4-bedroom apartment on Bismarckstraße, Berlin. It has a clean, modern kitchen and shiny wooden floors.
We think it's ideal for a young person looking for a pleasant, tidy home. Want to avoid living in a house full of student slobs? Come here instead.
What we liked the most
- Spending an afternoon in Lietzensee Park – meditate peacefully... or knock back some beers with the boys.
- Staring appreciatively at your furniture – it's so new, so shiny, so modern. Everything your antique-loving grandma would hate.
- Strolling down Kurfürstendamm and browsing the boutiques – call it Ku'damm for short to sound like a local.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. ● Checking-in is possible Monday to Friday 10:00-16:00 in our office. Please note that check-in during public holidays (Jan 1st etc.) is not possible.
● If you would like to check-in later or on the weekend, you can use our late check-in service upon request (Please be aware that there are limited time-slots). A designated employee will then check you in individually. Cost: 60EUR.
● If the first day of the month is on the weekend, the check-in will be happening on that day.
The key must be picked up from the landlord's office. You will receive the address once your booking is confirmed.
The landlord only accepts tenants under the age of 45.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
