This 3-bedroom property comes with an equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and oven, and the bedrooms are light and spacious with wardrobes to store your belongings. There is also a balcony for you to enjoy in sunny weather.
Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf is an elegant and sophisticated neighbourhood, popular with families but with a young student population too. You'll have a range of restaurants, bars and cafes to choose and the neighbourhood is also home to a zoo - ideal for a weekend outing.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. ● If the first day of the month is on the weekend, the check-in will be happening on that day.
The key must be picked up from the landlord's office. You will receive the address once your booking is confirmed.
The landlord only accepts tenants under the age of 45.
