What we liked the most

  • Mitte is hard to beat for students and young professionals, and given the location these are very affordable rooms.
  • The apartment has been recently refurbished and is in excellent condition.
  • Central heating is installed throughout.
  • The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of bench space to cook.

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine will be installed in the bathroom before the tenants move in.
  • A full-sized refrigerator will also be added to the apartment.

● If you would like to check-in later or on the weekend, you can use our late check-in service upon request (Please be aware that there are limited time-slots). A designated employee will then check you in individually. Cost: 60EUR.

● If the first day of the month is on the weekend, the check-in will be happening on that day.

The key must be picked up from the landlord's office. You will receive the address once your booking is confirmed.

The landlord only accepts tenants under the age of 45.

How to book
