What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

The room is bright and has a large balcony. You can rent the specified room in a large detached house with a garden. Please note that we have a cat that occasionally stays in the house - your room is not affected by this. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Our holiday flat is located in a quiet green area. We share kitchen, bathroom and dining room. Rules: No parties No guests Respectful handling of things No street shoes No noise No smoking

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
The safety of our tenants and owners is our priority.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
