The bright flat is fully equipped and is located in a quiet residential street in the western part of Wedding within walking distance of the popular Sprengelkiez with its restaurants and cafés. The Plötzensee lake with bathing facilities and extensive parks such as the Rehberge and Schillerpark are within 10 minutes walking or cycling distance. For daily needs there are 4 organic food shops, supermarkets, Karstadt, bicycle shops, doctors, hospital, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants around the corner. 2 buses go directly to the Central Train Station in 15 min. Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte can be reached in 10-15 minutes by tram or underground and Kreuzberg in 20 minutes without changing trains. The underground station Seestrasse (U6/ Tram) and Leopoldplatz (U6/U9) are only a few minutes away. The Brandenburg Gate is 15-20 minutes by bike. To the Ringbahn 1 stop by underground or 12 minutes on foot. You can get almost anywhere in the city quickly. There is a weekly market at the end of the street and various flea markets in the area. The Uferstudios for modern dance and the studios and galleries of the Gerichtsstrasse are not far away.
Things to keep in mind
- THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE OF 100€ PER MONTH IN CASE A SECOND PERSON IS SHARING THE APARTMENT.
- It is mandatory to take out a private liability insurance before start of the rental agreement.
- The double bed has a width of 140 cm.
- The flat is equipped with 2 light duvets for summer and several duvets covers and towels. For the colder months there is currently only one single warm duvet available. Please bear this in mind.
- The flat is not suitable for kids of any age or any kind of pets. Sorry.
- No loud noise after 10:00 p.m. The building and the direct neighbors are generally quiet and respectful. Therefore kindly be considerate too.
- Parties are not allowed in the apartment.
