This one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor, has its own balcony, overlooking a quiet and sunny garden.
It is allowed to smoke on the balcony (only). Internet connection is included with Vodafone. This is the perfect place for the start of a new life in Berlin!
The flat was completely renovated last year with a new kitchen with new appliances. A new bathroom was installed with a bath tub. It is easy to take shower. Walls were repainted.
The kitchen is in the main room. The balcony is accessible from the living room.
The flat is very quiet as it overlooks a quiet garden. The building has an elevator.

Centrally located in Schöneberg, near KaDeWe dept store. The property is between Wittenberplatz and Viktoria Luiz Platz, in a very quiet, upscale, residential neighborhood. One metro stop from Zoologischer Garten station and easy to reach Warschauer Straße directly by U-Bahn.

The Tiergarten is 10 minutes walk away.
Lots of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shopping venues are close by.
