The apartment is on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator. Young and bright, this apartment is characterized by the presence of a precious balcony. The open-plan kitchen, with a corner structure, is well equipped and overlooks the living room, where the conversation area is organized thanks to two comfortable seats in contrasting colors. The bedroom, with the light colors of the walls, is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has recently been remodeled and has a bathtub.
The apartment is located in one of the most desirable areas of Berlin: Mitte. It is located in a quiet area, isolated from the tourist routes but within walking distance of the city's focal points. On the way there are supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants.
