This three-storey building, recently renovated, stands in a refined context. Quiet street despite being in the center. Spacious and well lit, this apartment is on two levels. On the lower floor is the living area with two grey sofas placed in front of the windows and a comfortable dining table. Next to this is the open plan kitchen which is modern and well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The living room is enriched by the staircase that connects to the sleeping area without weighing down the space. In keeping with the style of the apartment, the bedroom is airy and furnished with a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a desk. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor, the one in the sleeping area is more spacious and has a large bath with hand held shower.
The apartment is well connected to all of Berlin and the Friedrichstraße train station and S-Bahn station are just a few minutes' walk away. The area is known for its countless restaurants, clothing stores and bars.
