This fabulous apartment with 1 bedroom on Fontanestraße is in Pankow. It’s a cool spot that has practical furnishings. The double bedroom has ample storage and a view of the street. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and there is a laundry room. And you have a lovely terrace just off of the living and dining room.
Pankow is north of the city center. You’re on a quiet residential street, but not far from the supermarkets. There are a couple of nearby restaurants, and you can pick up bread at Bakery Pawlik, which is 10 minutes away. In Memorial Park, which is also a 10-minute walk, you can get your tennis game on.
What we liked the most
- The dishwasher is a perfect time saver.
- The decor is simple, but this means you have room to spice it up.
- There is a laundry room with a washing machine.
- You can enjoy nice days on the backyard terrace.
