This dreamlike and light-flooded 3-room attic apartment scores with its living room/kitchen and a large balcony. It has been furnished comfortably, elegantly and modernly with a loving eye for detail. A bright living room with access to the kitchen, an opposite bedroom and the spacious bathroom make living very simply beautiful, practical and very comfortable. Another room next to the bedroom can be used as another bedroom, children's room or also as home office.

The apartment is wonderfully centrally located, in the middle of the beautiful and attractive Kollwitz district. Within a few meters walking distance there are attractive offers of the popular cultural center of the Kulturbrauerei as well as various cozy cafés and restaurants. You can eat and drink well in a dignified, modern and yet cozy atmosphere in the restaurant "zum dritten Mann" or in the "Cenacolo" in the quietly situated street in the popular Prenzlauer Berg.

In a few minutes you are at the beautiful Kollwitzplatz, in 10 minutes at the nearest underground station Eberswalder Straße and only 20 minutes to the beautiful Volkspark Friedrichshain. In front of the door the tram leaves, near U2 Eberswalder Straße in the underground station (U2) direction Ruhleben or Pankow. This train connection allows you to change quickly to the Ringbahn and the connections around Alexanderplatz.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
