Spotahome's opinion
This modern 1-bedroom apartment on Teltower Damm, in Steglitz-Zehlendorf is fully furnished and has plenty of style. The spacious property has a stylishly furnished living room, which gets plenty of natural light and opens out onto a cute balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook, and there is 1 tidy tiled bathroom. Other cool features include a fireplace in the living room, and a BBQ on the balcony. Plus, you can let someone in the building from your own apartment (but there is no inter-phone system, so you won't see them or be able to talk to them before opening the door).
The apartment is located in Stieglitz-Zehlendorf. This predominantly residential area of Berlin is found south west of the city centre, and is picturesque and a little bit posh. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and cool cafes to explore around here, and public transport is handy to get you from A to B.
What we liked the most
- Stieglitz-Zehlendorf is a charming and tranquil spot, outside the hustle of the city centre.
- The balcony is a definite highlight, and is furnished with a table and chairs.
- The apartment has a stylish modern decor, and fashionable furnishings throughout.
- Central heating is installed throughout to help keep you warm in winter.
- In the bathroom you will find a washing machine and dryer so you can get your laundry done in house.
- The kitchen is modern, stylish, and well equipped to cook.
- The comfortable living room has a large L-shaped sofa and is tailor made for afternoon relaxation.
