Die Wohnung wurde im Juli 2024 komplett renoviert. Alles wie neu - fast wie erstbezug. Der Blick vom Balkon ins Grüne - vom Sofa und Küche und Schlafzimmer aus. Mitten in Mitte (Berlin Zentrum pure) - ein Blick wie auf dem Land und trotzdem mittendrin. - 500 Meter zur legendären Torstraße, aber die Wohnung in der Gartenstraße ist noch ruhiger geworden. Seit Juli 2024 ein Fahrradstr. - - S-Bahnhof "Nordbahnhof" mit 4 großen, wichtigen S-Bahnlinien, z.B. S1 - S2 usw. Tram (Straßenbahn) M10 M8 M12 - - - alles in 2 Minuten zu Fuß, 140 Meter ums Eck. U6 + U8 jeweils 7 Minuten zu Fuß -

The apartment is located just an 11-minute walk from the Bernauer Straße Metro station as well as plenty of historical attractions including the Berlin wall memorial and the Kapelle der Versöhnung. It's also close to a small number of restaurants.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is well equipped with an oven and microwave.
  • This apartment is located near the Berlin wall memorial, a must for History lovers.
  • This apartment is fully furnished with modern decor.
  • The balcony looks over a lovely view of the park.
  • There is central heating to keep you nice and warm over the colder months.
