The 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Mehringdamm is on a raised ground floor. When you walk into the space the second bedroom, which the landlord is willing to turn into an office if you prefer, is immediately to the left. Directly down the hall you enter the combined dining and kitchen area. There are funky black and white tile floors and the room is furnished with a round dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers lots of space for you to prepare meals and it includes a dishwasher. From here you can access the large bathroom, and inside there is a second door leading to the main bedroom. Unusually, the living room, which has a large window, a leather sofa and TV, is cushioned between the two bedrooms.
Kreuzberg may be a 20-minute public transportation ride from downtown, but it’s surprisingly filled with touristic opportunities. Viktoria Park is just 5 minutes away, and you’ll find the zoo on the edge of the property. Flughafen Tempelhof, a former military airport, is also a park and museum. And Columbiahalle, a postwar US Air Force hall, houses events. For entertainment, you can check out the English Theatre Berlin, just 5 minutes away, or head to the Blarney Irish Pub, which is around the corner. There are also a few cocktail lounges, cafés and restaurants nearby, and the Edeka supermarket is just 2 minutes from your front door.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
