Highlight of the apartment is the spacious kitchen and the original wooden floors. The kitchen has all electrodomestics including dishwasher,gas hob, fridge and washing machine. Includes internet.

What we liked the most
It is located on a silent street. It is located on the center of the small neighborhood characterized by beautiful buildings from the turn of the century. The connection to the local transportation is ideal via the U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations situated within walking distance. for example, the Tram M10 as well as the Underground M5 are just some minutes away.

- Proof of income (3 last payslips) + working contract if you are employed + any kind of bank statement to proof ability to pay the deposit

- Please tell us the reason you´re coming to Berlin if your working situation is outside of the country!

- Overnight guests permitted: occasionally / over weekends
- Payment method: bank transfer
- Standard stay: 6 months (possibility to extend to 12 months, needs to be clarified individually with the landlord - make your request!).
- Check-in/out:
- Check-in hours: 9:00 - 16:00 during week days
- Out of hours check-in: upon request, please check with LL
- Check-out cleaning fee: 120€- 200€ according to type of property (deducted from security deposit)

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
