What we liked the most

The apartment is located in the vibrant district of Spandau, an up-and-coming area of Berlin with a rich history, offering a harmonious blend of urban life and nature. The surrounding area is filled with green spaces, such as the Bullengraben and the Hahneberg recreation area, which are ideal spots for relaxation and outdoor activities. These oases are particularly attractive to families and sports enthusiasts, as they offer expansive meadows and well-maintained jogging paths. Spandau itself is characterized by a variety of restaurants and cozy cafés, which add to the neighborhood’s charm. There are also numerous shopping options, with many stores and shopping centers that meet all your daily needs.

In addition, there are several daycare centers and schools in close proximity to the apartment, making it a convenient choice for families. The International School, SIS Swiss International School Berlin, is also located nearby, offering an excellent educational option for international students.
