This 1-Bedroom apartment is located in Berlin's most popular district Kreuzberg - a haven for artists, creatives, young people from all over the world and Berlin's turkish community - so you know you will have some tasty food at your doorstep :) ​ Berlin's coolest bars, cafes and coworking places are nearby as well. Restaurants from all over the world line the streets, including a sudanese, indian, turkish, japanese, lebanese, mexican, a burger restaurant and much more all in 2 MINUTES or even less walking distance! ​ The apartment is in Kreuzberg's famous Wrangelkiez, so it is also just across the bridge from Friedrichshain/Warschauer Straße. The canals are just 500 meters away as well, so you can take a relaxed stroll in nature or join Berlin's cool crowd while hanging out next to the water in Neukölln/Kreuzkölln. The next Ubahn-Station is just 200 meters away, but the apartment is in the "Hinterhaus" so it is quiet despite its central location. Treptower park is nearby too. ​ The apartment is fully furnished, so you don't need to worry about anything. It has a beautiful, calming bedroom with lots of storage place over and around the door, so the rest of the room is spacious and not cramped. The kitchen is very practical and has everything you need. The separate living/dining room has additional storage space. The entrance door can be "hidden" with a sliding mirror. And the bathroom is clean, with a big window and of course shower. ​ All bills are and furniture are included in the price.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

  • ID or Passport
    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
