This 65 m², 1-bedroom apartment located in the Friedrichshain district is available to rent to couples or individuals. The apartment has an old world charm with wooden floor boards and patterned tiling, but comes with modern and elegant features. The living room is spacious, doubling as a dining room and with access to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen also has a little bench area where you can sit to have a quick meal.
Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg is known for having beautiful old world architecture but providing a hip and trendy atmosphere. The apartment is on a quiet residential street, but well-connected to all the action being just 10 minutes from the famous Alexanderplatz. If you love the outdoors, you can also find many parks in the area.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is a good size, big enough for you to add a small table and chairs.
- The entrance hall has a clothing rack and chest of drawers, convenient for hanging coats in winter.
- There are huge shelves in the corridor, which provide you with plenty of storage space.
- The kitchen has a beautiful sink, breakfast nook, and even comes with a dishwasher.
- The apartment is in a quiet residential area, but you can reach easily reach Alexanderplatz in just 10 miniutes.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom has a loft bed, which you must use a ladder to reach.
- There is no elevator in the building, but luckily you will be on the 1st floor.
