Two double bedrooms with excellent beds (master bedroom has a 180 x 200 bed), ample storage and substantial desks. Beautiful, west-facing living room and large balcony overlooking Monbijoupark, Museum Island, the iconic Synagogue and the Spree River up to Friedrichstrasse. Balcony has deluxe outdoor sofa set seating five. "Heißpilz" gas umbrella heater makes it comfortable into the evening. Weber gas barbecue also included. Elegant, fully-working grand piano in Living Room. Large bathtub in twin-sink bathroom; separate shower WC and guest toilet. Working fireplace, underfloor heating, heated towel racks. Large elevator. Regular cleaning fee included. The building is situation inside Monbijoupark, between Monbijouplatz and the river Spree, just opposite Museum island in the very heart of Mitte. It is very conveniently located just a stone's throw from Hackeschermarkt S-bahn station, and several tram lines run in front of the platz. The apartment has windows and a spacious balcony on the west side of park; East-facing windows from Bedroom 2, Bathroom, Kitchen and Foyer look out over our private courtyard with views of The Dom, the Spree and the iconic TV Tower.
