A fully furnished studio apartment is available for rent in well-connected Gràcia. This studio is compact but it has everything you need and it is organized beautifully. There is a luxurious retractable double bed with a curtain separating the bedroom area, a small yet efficient and fully equipped kitchen, a separate room for the bathroom and storage closet and a lovely living room where you can relax after a long day. The property faces the street which means lots of natural light will enter into the apartment during the day making it feel even cozier and like home.

If you live in Gràcia, you will get the best of both worlds: close proximity to the city center and the rest of Barcelona and a quiet, yet vibrant neighborhood where you can relax and enjoy your life. You will have many cafés, shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets conveniently located just minutes from your door. There are also several metro stations in the area where you can head to places like the city center and the beach or you can stay local and try one of the many tapas bars or check out a main attraction, Parc Güell. For a taste of typical and authentic Catalan meats like the sausage, butifarra, head to La Barbacoa de Gràcia and leave full and satisfied.

What we liked the most

  • The retractable bed in the bedroom portion of the property is conveniently hidden behind a curtain, separating it from the living room.
  • It's a small studio apartment but it has everything you need and it's organized well.
  • You'll find plenty of storage space in the closet in the bathroom.
  • The studio apartment counts with a study desk, very convenient for students.
  • There is a quirky yes lovely style all over the apartment.
